The 2019 Royal Academy of Dance Awards Day will be held on Monday, July 15 at Imperial College London, South Kensington Campus.

The Ceremony is expected to start at 2pm following which all guests and graduands will be invited to join us for light refreshments from 3.30pm until 4.30pm in the Queen’s Tower Rooms within Imperial College.

ALL graduands attending the ceremony (Undergraduate, Postgraduate and RAD Awards) will be expected to wear formal academic dress for the ceremony and robing will take place in the morning of the ceremony from 10.30am.

For the first time in the history of the RAD, graduands from Royal Academy of Dance Awards programmes (CBTS, DDTS, PDTD, PDPTC & LRAD) will be required to wear the academic dress consisting of a hood, gown and hat.

It will be compulsory for those attending the ceremony to wear the academic dress which will need to be booked in advance via the Ede and Ravenscroft’s website at a cost of £45.00. Ticketing and gowning information will be available here shortly.

Photographs will be taken prior to the commencement of the ceremony at 12pm and following the ceremony at 3.30pm.
